Diplomová práce se věnuje postavení spotřebitele v právu nekalé soutěže a zároveň se zabývá analýzou právních prostředků jeho ochrany. Nejdříve je věnována pozornost soukromoprávním prostředkům ochrany, které poskytují primárně ochranu subjektivním právům subjektům nekalé soutěže. This diploma thesis is focused on the position of consumer in the unfair competition law and also analyzes the legal means of his protection against unfair competition. The attention is first paid to the means of protection that can be found in private law, which provide protection primarly to subjective rights of unfair competition entities.
