Cooperation with FinTechs as a new trend in banking sector

Abstract:

Nové technologie a zaměření na zlepšení digitální zákaznické zkušenosti mění obchodní modely finančních institucí. Roste i počet studií o nových finančních technologiích (FinTech), které pronikají do bankovního sektoru. Cílem práce bylo na základě dosavadní analýzy spolupráce tradičních bank a fintechových společností navrhnout doporučení, aby se tato spolupráce stala standardním prvkem obchodního modelu tradiční banky. Byl doporučen koncepční rámec pro jednotlivé fáze spolupráce, který byl ověřován několika metodami.

Abstract:

New technologies and a focus on improving the digital customer experience are changing the business models of financial institutions. There are also a growing number of studies on new financial technologies (FinTech) that are penetrating the banking sector. The aim of this paper was to make recommendations based on the existing analysis of the collaboration between traditional banks and FinTech companies to make this collaboration a standard element of the business model of a traditional bank. A conceptual framework for each phase was recommended, which was validated and compared using several methods.
