Abstract:

Tato práce byla napsána na pozadí právě probíhající globální hospodářské krize. Koncepce Balanced Scorecard, jako její téma, je považována za účinný prostředek k řízení podniko-vých procesů, naplňování strategie, a tedy budoucí velmi vyhledávaný nástroj řízení. Pro-jekt implementace Balanced Scorecard byl orientován na potřeby vrcholového vedení ana-lyzované společnosti, v níž podobný způsob řízení nebyl dosud zaveden. V rámci projektu implementace bylo upozorněno na celou řadu doporučení, výzev a také cest k dosažení definovaného strategického cíle. Cílem této práce bylo ukázat schopnosti Balanced Score-card v prostředí malých a středních podniků, jakož i ve společnosti se specifickým předmě-tem podnikání. Byly představeny možné efekty a pozitivní důsledky z jejího nasazení. Celá práce byla situována do pozice návrhu projektu. Na závěr práce byl uveden předpokládaný časový a finanční rámec projektu, stejně jako jeho rizika a bariéry.

Abstract:

This work was written against the background of the current global economic crisis. The concept of Balanced Scorecard as its theme, is considered to be an effective means to ma-nage business processes, the realization of the strategy, and therefore the future very popu-lar management tool. Balanced Scorecard implementation project was focused on the needs and of senior management analyzed the company, similar to the way in which management has not yet been introduced. Within the project of implementation the thesis was raised on a number of recommendations, challenges and to achieve the strategic objective. The aim of the work was to show the ability of Balanced Scorecard in an environment of small and medium businesses, as well as in the specific one. There were presented positive effects and possible consequences of its deployment. The whole work was located in design. Finally, the work was given the time and financial framework, as well as its risks and barriers.
