Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hospodaření podniků působících v sektoru stavebnictví. Stavebnictví představuje důležitý segment ekonomiky, avšak často se potýká s různými problémy, které ovlivňují jeho hospodaření a výkonnost. Cílem této práce je identifikovat příčiny neefektivního hospodaření podniků působících v sektoru stavebnictví a navrhnout opatření vedoucí k dosažení vyšší úrovně efektivity. Práce kombinuje teoretický přehled s praktickou analýzou dostupných dat a literatury. Získaná data jsou zpracována finanční analýzou za pomoci metodiky horizontální, vertikální analýzy, analýzy rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů a bankrotního modelu. Díky analýzám jsou zjištěny hlavní příčiny neefektivního hospodaření jednak na straně výkonových nákladů, které souvisí především s realizací stavební zakázky, dále na straně mzdové produktivity a určitý podíl na hospodaření společností ve sledovaném období má i vliv ekonomické situace roku 2021 a 2022. Výstupní informace představují cenný zdroj údajů pro účastníky stavebního odvětví, kteří získávají lepší povědomí o možných příčinách neefektivnosti v hospodaření stavebních společností a nabízí podrobnější náhled na hospodaření podniků jednoho podsektoru stavebnictví. Pro ostatní podniky ve stavebním sektoru představují výsledky zajímavou možnost pro srovnání s vlastními výsledky.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the management of companies operating in the construction sector. The construction industry is an important segment of the economy, but it often faces various problems that affect its management and performance. The aim of this work is to identify the causes of inefficient management of enterprises operating in the construction sector and to propose measures leading to the achievement of a higher level of efficiency. The thesis combines a theoretical overview with a practical analysis of available data and literature. The obtained data are processed by financial analysis using the methodology of the horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of differences and ratio indicators and a bankruptcy model. Thanks to the analyses the main causes of inefficient management have been identified. The main ones beeing the performance costs, which are mainly related to the implementation of the construction contract. The others are represented by the wage productivity and the economic situation of 2021 and 2022. This period had a certain share in the company's management in the monitored time. The information outputs represent a valuable source of data for participants in the construction industry. They gain a better awareness of the possible causes of inefficiency in the management of construction companies. The outputs offer a more detailed insight into the management of enterprises of one sub-sector of the construction industry. The results represent an interesting possibility for other companies in the construction sector to compare their own results.
