The Importance of the Personnel Planning at an Organization

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na objasnění významu personálního plánování v organizaci. Téma bylo zvoleno, protože ve všech organizacích jsou zaměstnanci, a pouze jejich správný výběr díky správnému personálnímu plánování je základem k možné úspěšnosti organizace. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsem analyzoval současný stav personálního plánování ve zvolené organizaci, a to především z hlediska zavedeného systému vzdělávání a motivací, bonusů. Z provedené SWOT analýzy jsou navrhnuta opatření pro překonání slabých stránek personálního plánování zvolené organizace. Dalším výstupem práce je vlastní návrh na možné vylepšení personálního plánování zvolené organizace. Tyto návrhy a opatření by měly posunout personální plánování v této organizaci na vyšší úroveň. Uplatnění praktické části spočívá v jasném vysvětlení důležitých pojmů.

Abstract:

Presented bachelor thesis is aimed at clarifying the importance of the personnel planning at an organization. The theme was chosen, because in all organizations are working employees, and only the right selection of them thanks to the right personnel planning is essential to the possible success of an organization. In the practical part of the thesis I have analyzed the current state of personnel planning at the chosen organization, especially in aspects of established education system and motivation system. From the SWOT analysis are suggested actions to overcome weaknesses of the personnel planning at the chosen organization. Another outcome of this thesis is my own proposal for possible improvements of the personnel planning at the chosen organization. These proposals and actions should bring the personnel planning at this organization to the higher level. Applying of the practical part lies in clear explanation of the important terms.
