Searching for binding sites of sugars in proteins
Abstract:
V současné době je dostupno velké množství informací ohledně struktur proteinů. Tyto látky často váží molekuly cukrů a vazebná místa těchto cukrů jsou významnými částmi proteinů. Proto je velmi užitečné mít k dispozici informace ohledně uvedených vazebných míst. Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement software which is able to locate the sugar binding sites in proteins.
