Cílem bakalářské práce bylo proměření retenčních charakteristik prekurzorů a metabolitů dopaminu v chromatografickém systému obrácených fází na koloně Agilent SB-C18. Ze zjištěných dat se pomocí okénkového diagramu určilo optimální složení mobilní fáze, které zajistilo rozlišení všech látek alespoň rovno jedné. Presented bachelor’s degree project aimed to characterize retention of the dopamine precursors and metabolites, with use of the reversed-phases chromatographic system on Agilent SB-C18 column. The optimal composition of the mobile phase, which provides the resolution of separation of the solutes of at least 1, was determined by using a window diagram.
