Systematization of Derivative Financial Instruments

Abstract:

Předmětem disertační práce je systematizace derivátních finančních nástrojů. První část je zaměřena na terminologii a charakteristiku derivátních finančních nástrojů a jejich vymezení oproti ostatním finančním nástrojům, zvláště oproti pojmu deriváty. V druhé části následuje analýza struktury a vlastností derivátních finančních nástrojů. Na tuto část potom navazuje kapitola, která se zabývá systematizací derivátních finančních nástrojů uvnitř samotného segmentu. Kromě kritické analýzy již užívaných systematizací a úpravy některých dosavadních systematizací je navržena také nová klasifikace.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the systematization of derivative financial instruments. The first part focuses on the terminology and characteristics of derivative financial instruments and their demarcation against other financial instruments. The second part analyzes the derivative financial instruments, their structure and attributes. This part is then followed by a chapter which deals with the systematization of derivative financial instruments within the segment itself. In addition to critical analysis of already used systematizations is also proposed new classification.
