Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o společnosti s ručením omezeným jako jedné z forem podnikání. V úvodu se v práci uvádí historický vývoj společnosti s ručením omezeným a základní pojmy, její založení a vznik, orgány společnosti a základní kapitál, dále také rušení a zánik společnosti s likvidací i bez likvidace.
