Engineering Materials Selection with regard to Product Design

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem materiálu s ohledem na produktový design. Podstatou teoretické části je popsání sledu, jak by se mělo postupovat po jednotlivých krocích při výběru materiálu. Také je poukázáno na produktový design, který má podstatný vliv na tento výběr. Pomocí získaných poznatků z teoretické části je v případové studii vypracován ukázkový příklad na výběr materiálu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with material selection with regard to product design. The essence of the theoretical part consists of describing the steps of the individual procedures in the material selection. It also points to a product design that has a significant impact on this selection. Using the lessons learned from this sec-tion, a case study examines an example of material selection for a stand holder.
