Tématem této bakalářské práce je vztah sester k pacientům jako součást profese. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na atributy související s profesí sestry a jejím vztahem s pacienty. Cílem práce bylo zkoumat problematiku chování a přístupu sester k pacientům, který může mít výrazný vliv na kvalitu poskytované péče. Praktická část je postavena na kvantitativním výzkumu. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the relationship between nurses and patients as a part of their profession. The theoretical part of this paper focuses on defining individual attributes of the nurse-patient relationship.
