Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem úplné a neúplné apelace, který rozlišujeme v rámci apelačního systému, jenž se jeví nejširším opravným systémem umožňující přezkum soudních rozhodnutí soudu prvního stupně. Systém úplné apelace umožnuje odvolacímu soudu pracovat s novými skutečnostmi a důkazy, které nebyly použity před soudem prvního stupně. This diploma thesis deals with the system of complete and incomplete appeal, which we distinguish within the appeal system. The appeal system seems to be the most common corrective system enabling the review of court decisions of the court of first instance.
