Factors influencing the financing of IT projects

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá projekty v oblasti informačních technologií. Identifikací rizikových faktorů, které ovlivňují jejich financování s přihlédnutím k rizikovosti, způsobům financování a návratnosti vloženého kapitálu. V literární rešerši se nalézá přehled současných dostupných poznatků a východisek, které je možné využít. Metodická část popisuje postup pro autory, kteří by chtěli na práci navázat, využít k práci vlastní nebo metodologii rozšířit. Aplikační část s využitím odlišných metod následně rizikové faktory identifikuje na vybraných projektech Memsource, Social Bakers a Warhorse Studios. Zde jsou aplikovány metody založené na ukazatelích finanční analýzy společně s predikčními modely, využití rozboru INFA a stanovení ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Diskuze a závěr se zabývá shrnutím dosažených poznatků, s návrhem doporučení pro vlastníky projektů a investorů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with projects in the field of information technology. By identifying the risk factors that affect their financing, taking into account the risk, methods of financing and return on invested capital. The literature search contains an overview of currently available knowledge and starting points that can be used. The methodological part describes the procedure for authors who would like to follow up on the work, use their own work or extend the methodology. The application part then uses different methods to identify risk factors on selected projects Memsource, Social Bakers and Warhorse Studios. Here, the methods based on financial analysis indicators are applied together with prediction models, the use of INFA analysis and the determination of economic added value. The discussion and conclusion deal with a summary of the findings, with draft recommendations for project owners and investors.
