The diploma thesis deals with the surface treatment of polymers using non-equilibrium atmospheric pressure plasma discharge generated from liquid electrode. First part gives a theoretical insight into the basics of plasma, dielectric barrier discharges and processes involved in polymer surface plasma treatment.
