Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na banky poskytující hypotéční úvěry a jejich rizika. Úvodní kapitoly jsou věnovány vymezení důležitých pojmů problematiky. Analýza hypotečního trhu zahrnuje vývoj ročního počtu a objemu poskytnutých hypotečních úvěrů. This thesis focuses on banks providing mortgage loans and their risks. First chapters are dealing with definitions of important concepts of this issue.
