Tato diplomová práce zkoumá, jak učitelská motivace ovlivňuje zapojení žáků do výuky anglického jazyka. Studie využívá smíšenou metodologii a kombinuje dotazníková šetření mezi českými pedagogy s pozorováním výuky a rozhovory s učiteli v Indii. This thesis investigates how the motivation of teachers contributes to participation in English language sessions. The study adopted a mixed-methods approach, combining questionnaire responses from Czech educators, classroom observations, and interviews with Indian teachers.
