Benzo[a]pyren je environmentální polutant a pravděpodobný karcinogen. Práce byla zaměřena na přípravu konjugátů polyaromátů pyrenbutanové kyseliny a benzo[a]pyrenu s nosným proteinem (hovězí sérový albumin) a enzymem (křenová peroxidasa) a optimalizaci enzymové imunoanalýzy (ELISA metody). Abstract:
Benzo[a]pyrene is environmental pollutant and probably also carcinogenic compound. The thesis was concentrated to form conjugates of carrier protein (bovine serum albumin) and enzyme (horseradish peroxidase) with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (benzo[a]pyrene and pyrenebutyric acid) and optimalization of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
