The use of methods brief coaching in an environment of non-profit organizations

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím brief koučinku v neziskových organizacích, přínosy koučinku koučovaných osob, spokojeností s koučováním, motivací ke koučování a používaným koučovacím přístupem. V teoretické části byly objasněny základní pojmy vztahující se obecně ke koučování, principy a nástroje brief koučinku, specifická práce s malými skupinami ? reteaming. Byl popsán neziskový sektor, poslání a funkce neziskových organizací. V praktické části byli osloveni pracovníci neziskových organizací. Data byla zjišťována metodou kvantitativního průzkumu, který byl realizován sběrem dat pomocí dotazníku, jejich analýzou a vyhodnocením. V diskusi a závěru byly vyhodnoceny výsledky průzkumu. Průzkum ukázal, že koučování se v neziskových organizacích začíná objevovat, je dlouhodobější a jsou koučováni i manažeři.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of brief coaching in nonprofit organizations, the benefints of coaching, coaching pepople, satisfaction with coaching, motivation to coaching and coaching approach used. In the theoretical part, explained the basic concepts related to coaching in general, the principles and brief coaching, specific work with small groups ? reteaming. He was described nonprofit sector, the role and function of nonprofit organizations. In the practical part they were addressed workers of nonprofit organizations. Data was assessed by quantitative survey, which was conducted by collecting data using questionnaires, their analysis and evaluation. In the discussion and conclusion were analyzed survey results. The survey showed that coaching in nonprofit organizations beginning to emerge, is a long-term and are coached by managers.
