Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na terroir Pálava, která patří do mikulovské podoblasti. Probíhá srovnání viničních tratí v Pavlově, Perné a Klentnici. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the Pálava terroir, which belongs to the Mikulov subregion. It compares the vineyards in Pavlov, Perná and Klentnice. Specifically, the vineyard tracks Stará hora, Sahara, Pod Pálavou, Nová hora, Železná, Goldhamer and Nad svatým Leonardem.
