The status of foreigners in The Czech Republic for entry into the business under the Trades Licensing Act

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá postavením cizinců v České republice při vstupu do živnostenského podnikání, a to jednak v období let 1989 až 2004, tedy před vstupem České republiky do Evropské Unie, a následně v letech 2004 až 2011, kdy jsme již členy EU. Vývoj v těchto dvou rozdílných obdobích také porovnává. Cílem práce je zjistit rozdíly mezi občany EU, EHP a Švýcarska, a občany z tzv. třetích zemí, při vstupu do podnikání v České republice, a jaký vliv mají na vznik živnostenského oprávnění. Dané téma práce jsem si zvolila proto, že se touto problematikou profesně zabývám již 14 let a mám tak možnost sledovat vývoj v této oblasti v delším časovém období. Z výše uvedeného taktéž vyplývá, že můj zájem profesní postupně přešel i do roviny zájmu osobního.

Abstract:

This work is engaging in standing of foreigners in the Czech Republic by the entrance to the business enterprise, and in part in period of 1989–2004, also before the entrance of the Czech Republic to the European Union, and after in the years 2004–2011, when we are the member of the European Union yet. The development in these two different periods is also compared. The target of this work is to find the differences among the citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Territory and Switzerland, and the citizens of so – called third countries, by the entrance to the business in the Czech Republic, and how influence they are on the inception of the business authorization. The theme of my work I have choice therefore, that it is my job 14 years ago, and I have therefore the possibility to watch the development in this sphere in the long – term period. From this is following that my business interest is at once my personal interest.
