Parametry červené krevní řady jsou na hematologických analyzátorech běžně měřeny impedanční a fotometrickou metodou. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním těchto standardních parametrů s jejich ekvivalentními parametry měřenými metodou optickou. Red blood cell parameters are commonly measured on hematology analyzers by impedance and photometric methods. This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of these standard parameters with their equivalent parameters measured by the optical method.
