A proposal for implementing tools of managerial accounting in the specific company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na otázku zavádění a využívání informací manažerského účetnictví u začínajícího podniku od strategické úrovně řízení, přes taktickou úroveň, až po operativní úroveň. Uvádí přednosti a omezení odpovědnostního účetnictví, kalkulačně-výkonového účetnictví, zdůrazňuje propojenost finančního a manažerského účetnictví a vyzdvihuje potřebu určení strategie v podniku. Zásadním přínosem práce je konkrétní formulování strategie podniku, tvorba strategického plánu a balanced scorecard, třídění informací a následná tvorba kalkulací, rozpočtů a rozpočtových výkazů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of implementing and using managerial accounting for the start-up. Strategy, tactics and operational issues are all covered. Advantages and limitations of responsibility and product - costing accounting are discussed. The thesis highlights the importance of interconnectedness of managerial and financial accounting with regard to the overall strategy. A major benefit of the work is the concrete formulation of a strategic plan, clarification of the overall strategy, creation of balance scorecard, information gathering and subsequent costing as well as master budget.
