V Diplomové práci se zabývám vývojovými stádii trestného činu nejen z pohledu současné právní úpravy, ale i z historie. Současně zde popisuji platnou právní úpravu přípravy, pokusu a dokonaného trestného činu a pojmy, které s tímto tématem souvisí. Má práce má celkem devět kapitol. In Diploma thesis I deal with the Developmental Stages of Crime not only from the point of view of current legislation, but also from history. At the same time I describe valid legal regulation of preparation, trial and finished crime and terms related to this topic. My work has a total of nine chapters.
