Nasledujúca diplomová práca pojednáva o riziku a výhodách použitia prídavných látok v potravinách a ich celkovej prijateľnosti. Teoretická časť rieši v širšom kontexte bezpečnost a zdravotnú vhodnost prídavných látok. Zaoberá sa aspektami, ktoré formujú náhľad verejnosti na danú problematiku.
