Number of pages:80 Legal aspects of the economy affecting business deals with arising from legislation, forms and the consequent impact on the economics of the business. The aim of this work is to analyze the legal aspects impact on the economy of the business in order to improve the efficiency of information and business work. The benefit is fast and accurately deal with confronting laws and facts that arise when starting up a prevention against the difficulties that may affect us in the actual business of a company. Then inform the public and those entities occurring in the business area and allow them quick and accurate view of confronting the facts in the actual creation, operation business. . In the first chapter, I described the business conduct of the undertaking, the undertaking itself, the commercial register, the company, through relevant laws and technical terms dealing with these matters. The second chapter describes the nature of business in the Slovak Republic, the business requirements of the government itself and the current system state and focused on law enforcement in comparison with neighboring countries. Anotácia práce Bartkovský Lukáš : Právne aspekty vplývajúce na ekonomiku podnikania [Bakalárska práca]. Bankovní institut Vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. Počet strán: 80 Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá Právnymi aspektmi vplývajúcimi na ekonomiku podnikania a problematikou vzniknutou pôsobením právnych noriem, foriem a následný dopad na ekonomiku podnikania . Cieľom práce je analyzovať právne aspekty, ktoré vplývajú na ekonomiku podnikania s zreteľom na zlepšenie informovanosti a efektívnosti podnikateľskej práce. Prínosom je rýchle a presne, vysporiadanie sa s konfrontovanými zákonmi a skutočnosťami ,ktoré vznikajú pri zakladaní podniku a predchádzaním pred vzniknutými ťažkosťami ktoré nás môžu postihnúť pri samotnom podnikaní a vzniku podniku .Následne informovať verejnosť a dane subjekty vyskytujúce sa v sfére podnikania a umožniť im rýchly a presný prehľad s konfrontovanými skutočnosťami pri samotnom vzniku ,pôsobení podniku. V prvej kapitole som popísal podnikanie konanie podnikateľa, samotného podnikateľa , obchodný register, podnik, prostredníctvom príslušných zákonov a odborných termínov zaoberajúcimi sa danou problematikou. Druhá kapitola popisuje podstatu podnikania v slovenskej republike, požiadavky podnikateľov voči vláde a samotnému aktuálnemu systému v štáte a zameral na vymožiteľnosť práva s porovnaním v okolitých krajinách Kľúčové slová: podnik, podnikanie, obchodný zákonník, obchodný register, živnostenský register, podnikateľský plán
