Zasílatelství jako outsourcingová činnost

Forwarding as an outsourced business
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na využití outsourcingu v zasílatelství. První část práce popisuje současnou praxi v zasílatelství a outsourcingu. Ve druhé části práce jsem navrhl své vlastní návrhy na možné zlepšení současné praxe v oboru. V závěrečné kapitole jsem své návrhy zhodnotil.
Abstract:
The final Bachelor paper focuses on the use of outsourcing in a forwarding company. The first part describes recent practices in forwarding business and outsourcing. In the second part the author presents the design for optional improvement of recent methods in given field. Final chapter evaluates the proposed solutions.
