Alpha Nursing Journey to Conscious Motherhood

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou Alpha Nursingu. Práce je členěná do teoretické a prak-tické části. V teoretické části této práce je kladen značný důraz na vymezení pojmu Alpha Nursing a s ním spojené techniky, které jsou použity v praktické části této práce. Teoretická část dále detailněji popisuje spánkové cykly novorozence, které hrají v teorii Alpha Nursin-gu velmi důležitou roli. Následně je také popsána problematika rizika náhlého úmrtí novo-rozence a jeho vazba na Alpha Nursing. Poslední úsek teoretické části se soustředí na popis nevhodných postupů novorozenecké péče a vznikajících raných poruch, které jsou sledová-ny v praktické části na zkoumaných subjektech. Samotná praktická část pak zkoumá výše zmíněné poruchy a další aspekty Alpha Nursingu na subjektech, kterými jsou novorozenci. V této části je použito observační metodologie a kvantitativního dotazníkového výzkumu k prokázání hypotéz sledující interakci rodič novorozenec na kvalitu seberegulační REM fáze popsané teorií Alpha Nursing.

Abstract:

This thesis aims its main goal to the theory of Alha Nursing. Thesis is separated into theo-retical and practical part. Considerable emphasis is put to definition of Alha Nursing term and related techniques in theoretical part of this thesis which is later used in practical part. Theoretical part also describes newborn sleep stages which plays essential role in theory of Alpha Nursing. Following the issue of sudden infant death syndrome and its relation to Alpha Nursing. Last section of theoretical part describes inappropriate methodologies of newborn care and resulting early disorders which are observed in practical part of this the-sis. The practical part then analyses above mentioned disorders and other aspects of Alha Nursing on subjects that are newborns. The practical research uses observatory and quanti-tative questionnaire methodology to prove hypothesis of newborn parent interaction rela-tion to self-regulatory REM phase described in theory of Alpha Nursing.
