Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tím, jak velké jsou eroze základů daní a přeléváním korporátních zisků do zemí s daňově preferenčními režimy v rámci obchodních korporací a jejich dceřinými společnostmi se sídlem v EU.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the extent of the erosion of tax bases and the spillover of corporate profits into countries with preferential tax regimes within commercial corporations and their subsidiaries based in the EU.
