Analysis of regeneration habits of slovak national team athletes in high jump
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis evaluates use of regeneration procedures of the Slovak nation team athletes’ high jumpers. It analyses habits of questionered athletes and recommends suitable regeneration methods.
Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá využitím regeneračných prostriedkov slovenských reprezentantov v skoku do výšky. Analyzuje reneračné návyky oslovených športovcov a doporučuje vhodné regeneračné prostriedky.
