Abstract:

Práce pojednává nejprve o počátcích samosprávy v českých zemích, kde vymezuje obec a její území, obecní samosprávné orgány a osoby, nacházející se na území obce. Dále se práce zaobírá samostatnou působností obce, hospodařením obce a sociální péčí obce o chudé. V druhé části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé typy samospráv od recepce rakouské správní soustavy, přes dílčí reformu obecní samosprávy v r. 1919, k župní správě z r. 1920. Ke konci práce je konstatováno omezování samosprávy v letech 1927-1938.

Abstract:

The work deals with the first beginnings authorities in the Czech lands, there is a defined community and its territory, local self-governing institutions and persons located in the municipality. Furthermore, this work deals with a separate area of the village, the village economy and social care community of the poor. In the second part are discussed the various types of reception of the Austrian government administrative system, through partial reform municipal government in 1919, the county administration in 1920. At the end of the work is found in self-control 1927-1938.
