External and internal audit in Czech republic
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zachytit oba druhy auditů v kontextu historického vývoje, nastínit jejich právní regulaci a popsat jednotlivé etapy auditorské činnosti. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na komparaci obou profesí a možnosti vzájemné spolupráce - nejprve z pohledu čistě teoretického s odkazem na mezinárodní auditorské standardy a následně reálnou situací mezi auditory v České republice.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to describe both of the types of audit in their historical context, show their legal regulation, and explain each step of the audit process. The last chapter compares both of the professions and focuses on their possible cooperation. First from the theoretical point of view with references to the ISA and then analyses the situation among Czech auditors.
