Abstract:
Pro 23 nově izolovaných kmenů rodu Naegleria byly získány sekvence ITS1, 5.8S a ITS2 – používané v současné době k identifikaci druhů tohoto rodu. Nově získané sekvence umožnily analyzovat dosud největší soubor dat (18 sekvencí nových a 16 již dříve publikovaných), která charakterizují naeglerie izolované z žaber ryb. Abstract:
Sequences of ITS1, 5.8S and ITS2 that are currently used for identification of Naegleria species were generated in this study for 23 newly isolated amphizoic strains of the genus. Thanks to this, currently the most numerous set of sequences (18 new and 16 previously published) of Naegleria strains isolated from fish gills were analysed.
