Cieľom diplomovej práce „Daň z cukru v Českej republike“ je na základe preskúmania problematiky zdanenia cukru zhrnúť zistené poznatky a skúsenosti, zhodnotiť možnosť zdanenia cukru v Českej republike a navrhnúť prípadné zdanenie.
