Determination of mercury forms in samples with microorganisms
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením celkového obsahu rtuti a stanovením forem rtuti ve vzorcích s mikroorganismy. Celkový obsah rtuti (T-Hg) i obsah monomethylrtuti CH3Hg+ (MeHg) byl zjišťován jak v mikroskopických houbách, tak v roztocích, v nichž byly houby kultivovány. Abstract:
This thesis deals with determination of total mercury content (T-Hg) and methylmercury (MeHg) content in samples with microorganisms. The total content of mercury and monomethylmercury (MeHg) was determined in microscopic fungi and also in cultivation media.
