Fiscal and economic impacts on a private health clinic in the context of employment relationships versus contractual relations
Abstract:
V diplomové práci je řešena problematika uzavírání pracovněprávních a obchodněprávních vztahů v souvislosti s poskytováním lékařské péče na soukromé chirurgické klinice. U jednotlivých forem spolupráce jsou specifikovány daňové dopady z pohledu optimalizace hospodářského výsledku.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with problems of closing labor law and business law contracts in the context of providing a private surgical clinic health care. Individual forms of cooperation are specified in terms of a fiscal impact on optimalization of economic outcome.
