Traditional Own in Come Income Sources of the Companionship and a Protection of Its Financial Concerments
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce Vás seznámí se všemi tradičními vlastními zdroji Společenství. Je zaměřená na clo, jako nejstarší vlastní zdroj. Ve své práci popisuji způsoby ochrany výběru cla Společenství. Na konkrétním případě analyzuji rozsáhlý podvod týkající se antidumpingového cla a popisuji vlastní návrhy řešení, jak minimalizovat výši daňového úniku.
Abstract:
The bachelor work will you get acquainted with all the traditional own income sources of the Companionship. It´s drawing our attention to the oldest own source – the duty. My work describes the ways how to protect collecting of duty in the Companionship. On the particular case I´m analysing an extensive fraud concerning anti-dumping duty and I´m describing my solutions how to minimalize the height …more
