Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat úkoly, které pro podnik vyplývají z pracovně právních vztahů a prokázat znalost postupů při výpočtu mezd. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Na teoreticku a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány činnosti podniku v pracovně právních vztazích platné pro rok 2011. Praktická část je nejprve zaměřena na administrativní úkoly spojené s nástupem nového zaměstnance. V další části jsou uvedeny výpočty měsíční mzdy v letech 2010 a 2011. A vypočtena daň z příjmů fyzických osob pro rok 2010. Na závěr jsou všechny výpočty shrnuty a porovnány.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to identify the different tasks that a company must face in the area of labour law relations and to prove the knowledge of methods of pay accounting. The thesis is divided into two parts. A theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part describes the activities of a company in labour law relations valid in 2011. The practical part covers the administrative tasks connected with the admission of a new employee. The next part introduces the calculations of monthly wages in 2010 and 2011 and also the calculation of natural person income tax. All calculations are at the end summarized and compared.
