Habits, stereotypes, rituals in contemporary family in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Zvyky, stereotypy, rituály v současné rodině v ČR pojednává o zvycích (návycích), stereotypech a rituálech v prostředí současných rodin a o jejich vývoji. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a průzkumnou. Teoretická část popisuje proces socializace a jeho souvislost s vytvářením zvyků (návyků), stereotypů a rituálů. Hluboký smysl rodinných zvyků, stereotypů a rituálů se mění v průběhu generací v souvislosti s vývojem celé společnosti, ale také s ontogenezí jedince, který je součástí této společnosti. Kombinací těchto dvou parametrů je životní styl - způsob života současné rodiny, jehož nedílnou součástí zvyky, stereotypy a rituály jsou. Cílem průzkumné části je sledování četnosti realizovaných zvyků (návyků), stereotypů a rituálů u vybraných současných rodin v oblasti Ostravska v rámci České republiky a komparace, zda se vývojem rodin jejich četnost mění či nemění. Závěr této práce je shrnutím získaných poznatků.

Abstract:

Thesis entitled Habits, stereotypes, rituals in contemporary family in the Czech Republic is about habits (habitudes), stereotypes and rituals in the nowadays families environment and about its evolution. This thesis is structured with the theoretical part and the research part. The theoretical part describes socialization proces and its link with creating of habits (habitudes), stereotypes and rituals. Deep meaning of family habits, stereotypes and rituals are changing over generations in relation to social developments across the whole society, but also to the ontonogenesis of an individual, who is part of that society. Combination of both of these creates life style - contemporary family lifestyle where habits, stereotypes and rituals undoubtedly belong. The aim of the research part is to track the frequency of implemented habits (habitudes), stereotypes and rituals within selected contemporary families in Ostrava in Czech Republic and comparation of how their frequency changes based on families evolution. Conclusion of this dissertation is the summary of acquired knowledge.
