Bakalářská práce „Management změn organizační kultury podporující dynamický rozvoj podniku“ se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Obě jsou podřízeny řešení manažerského problému, jímž je rozdílná (nízká) výkonnost středisek v rámci konkrétní organizace.
