Design and Creation of a Risk Analysis Calculator for a Selected Area of Infrastructure Systems

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření kalkulátoru analýzy rizik pro vybraný systém infrastruktury. Vybraným prvkem infrastrukturních systémů jsou školy a školská zařízení. V teoretické části jsou řešena školská zařízení obecně. Jsou zde zmíněny právní rámce, a především historické souvislosti. Dále navazují analýzy rizik, kde je popsána terminologie a stručně i některé používané metody. V dalším kroku byli podrobněji rozebrány metody KARS a CARVER. Posledním bodem teoretické části byla komparační analýza kalkulátorů, kde byly zvoleny kalkulátory RISKAN-B a Annex III. Praktická část specifikuje vybraný objekt vybraného infrastrukturního systému. Jedná se o ZŠ v Rudě nad Moravou. Dále byla vytvořena analýza, dle které se následně navrhovala aplikace. V návrhu aplikace byl zahrnut popis technologií vývoje aplikace, grafického zobrazení a požadavků. V kapitole vývoje jsou blíže specifikované vybrané části aplikace. V posledním bodu praktické části byl srovnán výsledek generovaný aplikací s výsledkem provedené analýzy.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to create a risk analysis calculator for a selected infrastructure system. Schools and school facilities are a selected element of infrastructure systems. The theoretical part deals with school facilities in general. The legal frameworks, and especially the historical context, are mentioned here. There is also a risk analysis, which describes the terminology and briefly some of the methods used. In the next step, the KARS and CARVER methods were discussed in more detail. The morning point of the theoretical part was a comparative analysis of calculators, where the RISKAN-B and Annex III calculators were chosen. The practical part specifies the selected object of the selected infrastructure system. This is a primary school in Ruda nad Moravou. Furthermore, an analysis was created, according to which the application was subsequently designed. The application design included a description of application development technologies, graphical display and requirements. Selected parts of the application are specified in more detail in the development chapter. In the last point of the practical part, the result generated by the application was compared with the result of the performed analysis.
