Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje sociálním aspektům rodinného podnikání a jejich přínosu pro rozvoj regionů. V teoretické části jsou popsány různé přístupy k definování rodinných podniků, jejich historie na území České republiky a výhody a nevýhody této formy podnikání. Dále práce obsahuje definici pojmu sociálně-emocionálního bohatství a způsob jeho identifikace, a je popsána tématika nástupnictví v rodinných firmách. Poznatky jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části, kde je analyzován rodinný podnik Kamír&Co. se zaměřením na dceřinou společnost Bluetech. Výsledkem práce je potvrzení pozitivního vlivu rodinných podniků v regionu, a to jak v ekonomické, tak sociální oblasti.

Abstract:

The content of this bachelor's thesis is devoted to the social aspects of family business and their contribution to the development of regions. The theoretical part describes different approaches to defining family businesses, their history in the Czech Republic and the advantages and disadvantages of this form of business. Furthermore, the thesis includes defining the concept of socio-emotional wealth and how to identify it, and describes the topic of succession in family firms. The findings are subsequently applied in the practical part, where the family business Kamír&Co. is analyzed while focusing on subsidiary company Bluetech. As a result, the thesis confirms the positive impact of family businesses in the region, both in economical and social fields.
