Teacher as a victim of bullying

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá učitelem, který se stane obětí šikany. V teoretické části se zabýváme modely, kdy se agresorem stane žák, rodič, kolega nebo nadřízený. Praktická část se věnovala kvantitativnímu výzkumu na vybraných základních školách v Libereckém kraji, kde se formou dotazníkového šetření zjišťovala zkušenost učitelů s šikanou vůči jejich osobě. Cílem diplomové práce je zodpovězení tří hypotéz a obecné zjištění vlastních zkušeností učitelů se šikanou.

Abstract:

Thesis deals with the teacher, as a victim of bullying. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with models of situations, when the pupil, parent, colleague or boss becomes an aggressor. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the quantitative research on selected basic schools in the Liberec region. Used questionnaires asked teachers for their own experiences with the bullying. The goal of the thesis is to answer three hypothesis and general information of experiences of teacher with bullying against their own.
