The thesis entitled "Hosting care - contemporaneous praxis and contemplations according to intended law" presents an examination of legal regulations relative to the hosting care in the Czech Republic. The Czech law doesn’t know the notion hosting care, but this term currently designates a temporary stay of a child outside its establishment.
