Abstract:
Obsahom tejto práce je návrh a realizácia zariadenia pre reguláciu teploty. Zariadenie ma slúžiť na meranie volt-ampérovej charakteristiky polovodičových diód. Súčasťou práce je stručná rešerše teplotných senzorov a vyhrievacích telies, návrh riadiaceho systému, regulácie teploty, programovanie hardvéru Arduino, grafického zobrazenia nameraných dát v prostredí MATLAB. The content of this work is the design and implementation of equipment for temperature control. The device is intended for measuring the volt-ampere characteristic of semiconductor diodes.
