Family in historical context

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je rodina v historickém kontextu. A to v kontextu dnešní doby s dobou nedávné minulosti našich rodičů a prarodičů. Dále zmapování rodiny jako opěrného bodu společnosti a nejvýznamnějšího činitele výchovy mladého člověka. V teoretické části definuji rodinu a její funkci, charakteristiku současné rodiny a proměny rodiny, krizi rodiny a vznik nové rodiny. Význam rodiny jako nejdůležitější složky společnosti podpoří pohled z řad pedagogů, sociologů, psychologů a v neposlední řadě křesťanů jako nepopiratelné skupiny z řad rodin. V praktické (empirické) je provedena kvalitativní sonda vedená metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými členy rodin, napříč generacemi, dále jen respondenty, kteří popíší náhled na svou rodinu v minulosti a rodinu současnou.V konečné analýze zobrazím rozložení a strukturu dotazovaných respondentů a výsledky rozhovorů směrovaných nejvíce na složení rodiny, názor jednotlivců na rodinu a na kvalitu dnešního soužití rodin, trávení volného času rodiny a ekonomickou zajištěnost rodiny. V neposlední řadě vyjádření respondentů na krizi rodiny a vývoj rodiny do budoucnosti. Následuje porovnání názorů jednotlivých respondentů. Závěrem shrnutí poznatků z teoretické části s analýzou v empirické části, zhodnocení rozdílů a význam veškerých změn v rodině. Výsledkem je celkový pohled na rodinnou instituci a její budoucnost.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is family in historical context. And in the nowadays context with the time not long ago – the time of our parents´ and grandparents´ lives. Next, maping of family as a support point for society and as the most important factor in a young person´s education. The theoretical part deals with family definition and its function, nowadays family characterization and family transformation, family crisises and a new family establishment. The sense of family as the most important society organ will be supported by a view from the ranks of educators, sociologists, psychologists and last but not least Christians as undeniable group from the families ranks. The practical (empirical) part represents a qualitative survey in a form of structured interviews with selected families members through the generations, next „respondents“, who will describe their look on their family in the past and present. In the final analysis I will display questioned respondents´ structure and interviews results aimed most at family composition, individuals opinion about family and about contemporary families´ common life quality, families´ leisure time spending and families´ economic security. And last but not least respondents expression of family crisises and family development in future. And each respondents ´ opinions comparison come after. At the close I will resume findings from the theoretical part with the analysis from the empirical part, I will evaluate differences and sense of all family changes. The result is a general view of family institution and its future.
