Abstract:
Práce se soustřeďuje na problematiku obchodních podmínek, kdy se zabývá tímto institutem z teoretického hlediska a zvláštní pozornost tak věnuje zhodnocení s aktuální právní úpravou, české i zahraniční. V závěru práce jsou, na základě výsledků získaných z hodnocení, navržena případná zlepšení, či doplnění aktuální platné legislativy.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of business conditions from a theoretical perspective. Special attention is devoted to the evaluation of the current Czech and foreign legislation, which is associated with this topic. The conclusion, based on the results obtained from assessment legislation, therefore are proposed possible improvements or additions to the current legislation in force.
