Tato práce pojednává o matkách na mateřské dovolené ve Velké Británii, jejich nárocích na dávky v době mateřské dovolené a jejich podpoře při návratu do práce. První část popisuje práva, nároky a druhy vládní podpory matek na mateřské dovolené a při návratu do práce a nejnovější legislativní změny v této oblasti.
