The relationship between social democratic ideology and the rhetorical / political practice of the CSSD

Abstract:

Může se zdát, že ideologie v dnešním světě ustupují do pozadí.I v dnešní době je problematika ideologií velice aktuální v politických vědách. Jedná se o zásadní aspekt i v rámci jednotlivých politických stran, neboť z hlediska ukotvení v rámci politického systému a pravého a levého spektra se jedná o podstatnou část sebeidentifikace jednotlivých stran a stranických rodin. Tato práce, která si pokládá jako hlavní cíl výzkum návazností mezi sociálnědemokratickou ideologií a rétorikou/praxí vybrané strany - ČSSD. V práci samotné je kladen důraz na výzkum otázek týkajících se ideologie samotné a jejího uchopení. V této práci se konkrétně zaobírám problematikou ideologických východisek této stranické rodiny. Jedna z nejpodstatnějích otázek, na které se tato práce snaží získat odpověď je co je vlastně ideologie ? Jakým způsobem lze ideologii interpretovat v pozitivním i negativním vymezení. Následující část se věnuje již problematice konkrétních ideologií, zejména se jedná o problematiku socialismu a sociální demokracie. V rámci těchto konkrtétních ideologií bylo předmětem mého zájmu směřování těchto ideologií. To znamená, že výzkum se v teoretické části zaobírá základní aspekty, body a východisky sociální demokracie, kterými je specifické směřování, základní myšlenky a hodnoty. Mezi tyto hodnoty a myšlenky patří například aspekt svobody, solidarity, rovnosti a spravedlnosti, které jsou dále rozpracovány a uváděny do praxe. Sociální demokracie se v rámci těchto ideologockých bodů a hodnot zabývá dvěma základními typy vymezení práv. Jedná se o formální platnost a jeho reálné vymáhání v praxi. V analytické části textu se zabývám aplikací zmíněných východisek na reálnou funkci těchto aspektů v rámci politiky ČSSD. V této části jde právě o zjištění, zda ČSSD ve své rétorice a politické praxi reflektuje charakteristiku a základní myšlenky či hodnoty sociální demokracie, což je cíl této práce.

Abstract:

It may seem that ideologies in today's world are receding into the background. Even today, the issue of ideologies is very relevant in the political sciences. This is also a fundamental aspect within individual political parties, because in terms of anchoring within the political system and the right and left spectrum, it is a substantial part of the self-identification of individual parties and party families. This work, which considers as its main goal the research of connections between social democratic ideology and rhetoric / practice of the selected party - CSSD. The work itself emphasizes the research of issues related to ideology itself and its grasp. In this work I deal specifically with the issue of ideological background of this party family. One of the most important questions that this work seeks to answer is what is ideology? How ideology can be interpreted in positive and negative terms. The next part deals with the issue of specific ideologies, especially the issue of socialism and social democracy. Within these specific ideologies, the subject of my interest was the direction of these ideologies. This means that the research in the theoretical part deals with the basic aspects, points and starting points of social democracy, which are the specific direction, basic ideas and values. These values and ideas include, for example, the aspect of freedom, solidarity, equality and justice, which are further developed and put into practice. Within these ideological points and values, social democracy deals with two basic types of definition of rights. This is formal validity and its real enforcement in practice. In the analytical part of the text I deal with the application of the mentioned starting points to the real function of these aspects within the CSSD policy. This part is about finding out whether the CSSD in its rhetoric and political practice reflects the characteristics and basic ideas or values of social democracy, which is the goal of this work.
