Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit fast food jako sociální fenomén a definovat společenské proměny, které vedly k jeho prosazení jako oblíbeného typu stravování ve věkové skupině teenagerů, tedy dětí staršího školního věku mezi 12 a 15 lety. Teoretická část se zevrubně zabývá profilací daného vývojového období jedince, tj. pubescencí. Zkoumá ji z hlediska psychologického i biologického, stanovuje obecná výživová doporučení a specifika výživy teenagerů. Tyto poznatky klade do souvislosti s působením fast food pokrmů (FFP) na zdraví a vývoj teenagera. Autorka pojednává také o persvazivních technikách a některých formativních faktorech jídelního chování. Součástí práce je vyhodnocení průzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zjistit postoje teenagerů k fast foodu, a dále zhodnotit faktory, které se podílejí na oblíbenosti fast foodu.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to introduce fast food as a social phenomenon and define social changes which led to its enforcement as a favorite type of eating of teenagers, children between the age of 12 and 15. The theoretical part thoroughly deals with a profile of the developmental stage of the individual, i.e. pubescence. It is examined from psychological and biological point of view. The thesis establishes general nutrition recommendations and specifics for teenagers. These findings are put into context with the effects of fast food meals on health and development of teenagers. The author also discusses the persuasive techniques and some formative factors of eating habits. The evaluation of the survey, whose aim was to find out some factors of popularity of fast food among teenagers, is also included in the thesis.
