Effects of hydrokinesitherapy in the post-operative physiotherapy rehabilitation for patient with total hip prosthesis, following osteoarthritis of the hip.

Abstract:

Arthrosis is defined as a bone cartilage degeneration of the hip articulation. This degeneration, which in addition causes pain, reduces mobility to become a serious handicap in the daily life activities. Hence the necessity of an efficient response, provided by the surgical placement of a total hip prothesis followed by physiotherapy treatment in the frame of a reeducation. Despite a considerable inprovement achieved both regarding surgery and the diversity of the surgical responses, reeducation remains unavoidable for it guarantees the mobility recovery by the patient and therefore his autonomy.

Abstract:

L?artrosi si definisce come una degenerazione del cartilagine osseo dell?articolazione dell?anca. Questa degenerazione, riduce la mobilit? ed ? dolorosa, diventa un handicap importante nelle attivit? della vita quotidiana. Al riguardo ? necessaria una soluzione efficacia : la chirurgia, per sostituire l?articolazione con l?impianto di una protesi totale di anca, la qualle necessita un trattamento fisioterapico riabilitativo. Nonostante notevoli progressi ottenuti sia al livello chirurgico sia della diversita delle risposte chirurgiche, la riabilitazione rimane ineluttabile perché guarantisce il recupero della mobilit? articolare del paziente, quindi la sua autonomia.
